My order shows "On Hold" is this normal?
If your order is marked as “On Hold”, it means we are waiting to manually verify your Interac e-Transfer payment. Unfortunately, there is no automatic way to confirm these payments, so we review each transaction manually.
Once your payment is verified, your order status will be updated to “Processing”, and you will receive a payment confirmation email. From there, we will prepare and ship your order, and you will receive a tracking number via email.
This entire process, including payment verification and shipping, is usually completed within 24 business hours.
Why is my tracking number not working?
If your tracking number isn’t showing up yet, don’t worry! It will become active once Canada Post scans the package at its first transit location. This process can take a few business days, depending on where the initial scan occurs.
Rest assured, your order has been shipped and is on its way—tracking will update as soon as the first scan is completed.
What payment method is accepted?
We accept Interac e-Transfers (EMT) for Canadian customers and Bitcoin payments.

Do you have 3rd party analyses ?
Our SARMs are third party tested, inspected and certified by a laboratory to ensure high quality standards. You can view the reports here.
Where is my order shipped from? How long does it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Canada.
Orders are shipped with 24 business hours if the order is placed before 2pm (ET) and shipping within Canada takes 1-5 business days depending on the location. Shipping to the United States takes 4-10 business days. Faster shipping methods are also available at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We don’t reintegrate items that have left our facility. All sales are final.
I made a mistake in my shipping address. Is there anything you can do?
Our mail is a one way trip. So if your address is incorrect or you are not able to get your mail it can never be returned to us.

We ship worldwide except the United States.
Do you have any discounts or coupon code?
We do not offer coupon codes or discounts unless there is an ongoing sale. If a promotion is available, it will be advertised on our homepage, and you can also subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.
