Ostarine 10mg belongs to a class of chemicals known as SARMS or selective androgen receptor modulators. SARMS create selective anabolic activity at certain androgen receptors. Not sure how much of it is the ostarine but 20mg a day, 10mg morning 10mg nightime and my bench went from 235 to 265 in one month using fat grips. Shipping is super speedy I dont notice much effects of ostarine but kinda like it that way dont want to feel like I’m on an anabolic. Mental clarity is normal, muscles feel slightly harder and less vascularity but definite strength gains while in calorie surplus.
